WHO is ON QUE™ Charcoal!

We love to grill and firing up the barbeque with real charcoal has always been the way we do it. But the charcoal we were using didn't always measure up to our standard. So we decided to find a better charcoal. What we discovered was not only a better performing charcoal but also a better product for our environment.

That's the story of ON QUE and the beginning of eco-friendly grilling.

OUR LUMP & COCONUT CHARCOAL

Our premium charcoal is 100% natural, with no chemicals, fillers or additives, providing a hotter, cleaner, longer barbeque.

QUE Coconut Charcoal is made from coconut shells left over after the inner coconut parts are processed for coconut milk, oil and meat - no trees are harvested in making our charcoal. QUE coconut charcoal burns up to 50% longer (Up to 12 hours) and 30% hotter (Up to 1300 F) than traditional charcoal briquettes, with no odour and little ash. Coconut charcoal also has little flareup when compared with regular charcoal, so is great for cooking fattier food such as chicken or lamb. These are natural, organic briquettes with no additives.

They are great for any BBQ - both high temperature grilling or "long and slow" cooking.  QUE coconut is a must for "serious smokers"

QUE Lump White Oak Charcoal is made from quebracho blanco (AKA "the axebreaker") white oak hardwood.  It burns hotter, longer and cleaner and does not "pop or spark" like regular lump.  We screen out all dust & pieces < 1 inch at time of bagging so you get more usable product (Some competitors have up to 30% waste in the bag). You use QUE just like traditional charcoal...open the bag, pour in the desired amount, light and grill.

That is how you become a "QUE Master"...simple...now go and enjoy your barbeque.
